Autumn Art

Putting the fallen leaves to good use, keeps me busy and out of mums hair although i think mum might think it is more hassle than its worth because there is always a big mess to clean up when i am finished. If anyone wants any work commissioned let me know :-)

Hats on......at wandsworth park

The sun is shining alot at the moment but it sure is starting to cool down, no need for sunblock in this sun its cold ears and cold hands sun. We have dragged out our winter hats, it feels like ages since we had to wear them, and Zara is now wearing the hats I was wearing our last winter in NZ. Still we aren't complaining, its great to be able to get out and still enjoy the park.

This is Zara and I on the bicycle built for six, the park is so much more fun now that Zara does everything with me.

I'm really in to collecting leaves and taking them home to do art with them. There are so many different coloured and shaped leaves at the moment (or as I call them "leaf-es"

This is Zara disappearing off in to the bushes, it is a new hideout we discovered and we can climb trees in there

Zara Daisy Bradley....chilling out at home

Finally proof that she has teeth, she looks so different with teeth but i guess we will get used to that, she is also starting to grow some hair, still not enough to put a clip in although I know she would love to. Zara was having some quality time with mum while i was sleeping, and to be expected mum thought she looked very cute and got the camera out. So predictable mum.

Richmond Park

Wow we can't believe we have lived so close to Richmond Park all this time and have never been there.... its five minutes drive and its like being in the middle of the country only better, we are going to take Punk Alex here when he comes because we want him to know London is not all hustle and bustle and there is sooo much to offer and its all right on your doorstep. There are 300 red deer in the park and they don't mind having their photo taken.

we needed energy to kick start our day, so zara and I got to experience our first hotdogs

and we finished a wonderful day out with icecream.......

Distracting Dad

Dad has been a bit down over the last week, so we have been under strict instructions that when he comes home at night we have to act all cute and coy to keep his mind off the all blacks.

Fortunately we don't have to do too much, he is pretty chirpy by the time he gets home. Zara has a fascination with my hair band at the moment, must be to compensate for her lack of hair :-)

here are some photo's of me and caiden in the leaves, we are at the cafe in the park and it is a whole new adventure now with all the fallen leaves on the ground.

We have been very lucky and had some amazing autumn weather, it is a lovely time of the year and very picturesque. Mum has taken more photos which she will post when her and dad come back from the rugby - can you believe they are leaving us for a whole night!!!!
