Face Painting

Following in my friend amy's footsteps, during an afternoon of art where I was supposed to be doing a painting for my cousin Maddy, I couldn't help but embark on some face painting. Maybe next time I will use face paints because these poster paints were really difficult to wash off once they had dried.

Trying on our ski gear

We are going on a ski holiday in a couple of weeks so mum bought us these sun glasses, being the rock stars we are we had to try them on before we go.

Mum and dad had to buy new ski jackets for themselves seeing as they haven't skied for donkeys years. We thought they looked pretty cool but we would suggest maybe something a little smaller!!

Wetland Centre

The last day of half term mum took us to the wetland centre, another place where you just can't believe you are actually still in the city of london. They had lots of ponds and swamps and birds everywhere, and they also have the coolest park ever.

London Aquarium

During half term we took the train in to waterloo and went to the aquarium. There were 8 children, 4 mums and 4 prams and we went early to avoid the crowds, as you can imagine we were not the commuters biggest fans on the trains. And despite our best efforts we did not miss the crowds, wow was that place busy. Still mum just about managed to work out how to take photos in the aquarium and these are the best of a bad bunch!!!

ola mijas

Mum, Zara and I headed down to Mijas to see aunty Dossy, Glenn, Maddy and Charlie. Mijas is a wee village in the mountains above the costa del sol, lovely to be up out of the rat race of the coast and a very quaint little village stepping straight out your front door on to the cobbled streets. Dad came down and met us for the weekend and the grown ups had Tapas and Rioja.

very excited after a 4am start

first things first lets all check out maddys wardrobe

no longer the baby of the family zara and our new cousin charlie

he is a lovely wee boy and we all got a lot of cuddles

it took nearly half an hour to leave the village, we got stuck behind a barrel load of donkeys and there are no passing lanes in Mijas
